Die FPPIC bietet zwei Vorsorgepl\u00e4ne im Beitragsprimat mit einem versicherten Lohn ohne Koordinationsabzug. Einer ist f\u00fcr das Personalkollektiv \u201eLaien\u201c und der andere f\u00fcr das Personalkollektiv \u201ePriester\u201c vorgesehen. In solchen Pl\u00e4nen sind die Beitr\u00e4ge grunds\u00e4tzlich festgelegt. Die Versicherten sparen ein Kapital, das Altersguthaben an, das durch Altersgutschriften (Sparbeitrag), m\u00f6gliche pers\u00f6nliche Einlagen und die gutgeschriebenen Zinsen gespeist wird. Die auf das Altersguthaben gutgeschriebenen Zinsen werden auf der Grundlage des Ertrags des Stiftungsverm\u00f6gens jedes Jahr vom Stiftungsrat festgelegt.<\/p>\n
Zum Zeitpunkt der Pensionierung wird das angesparte Altersguthaben anhand des Umwandlungssatzes in eine Altersrente umgerechnet. Die Altersleistungen sind somit erst am Tag der Pensionierung bekannt.<\/p>\n

Der Gesamtbeitrag ab 18 Jahren bel\u00e4uft sich auf 19,5\u00a0% des versicherten Lohns f\u00fcr das Personal des Kollektivs \u201eLaien\u201c und ab demselben Alter auf 19\u00a0% f\u00fcr das Personal des Kollektivs \u201ePriester\u201c. Die Prozents\u00e4tze werden auf der Grundlage des Alters festgelegt und Versicherte und Arbeitgeber m\u00fcssen mindestens gleich hohe Beitr\u00e4ge leisten.<\/p>\n
